The reporting system SpeakUp is a safe, secure and independent platform for employees, business partners and third parties to prevent irregular behavior – intended or unintended – at an early stage. Reports can be made confidentially and anonymously if desired. The early reporting of violations of legal provisions and internal guidelines helps to prevent damage to the HORNGROUP and its entities and to legitimize and strengthen the trust shown to us in the long term.

Whistleblowers are individuals who submit reports through the SpeakUp reporting system. The parties involved, such as the accused, witnesses to an incident or victims, are those on whose behalf the whistleblower is acting. All reports are handled independently, impartially, and confidentially.

Important:
The reporting system is not intended for reporting incidents that pose an immediate threat to life or property. In such cases, please contact the known emergency numbers or the nearest police station.
Likewise, it must not be used for false accusations—the reporting of knowingly false information is prohibited. Furthermore, we refer to the possibility of reporting to external reporting offices. The German legislator attaches particular importance to the internal reporting of compliance violations and expressly prioritizes it over external channels.
Whistleblowers make an important contribution to the integrity and protection of our corporate values, our employees, and affected persons (data subjects).
